Hangovers, you've most likely had one before depending on your night time adventures but if you are planning on going out during freshers you will most likely wake up with a hangover, depressing huh?
Now when you wake up you will feel like you have a pulsating head ache, the feeling that you want to throw up (which you may very well end up doing), you feel dizzy and get a bit of a head rush if you get up to fast...in general you will feel rough. There are some interesting ways of preventing the dreaded hangover the obvious one being don't drink so much...but seriously drinking soft drinks between drinks can help along side drinking water as well due to alcohol dehydrating you. A very quick way is to be sick, and if you need to be sick do it – however try not to do it in a nightclub as bouncers do not take kindly to this at all! Also plan ahead if you have a 9am lecture that you have to go to then a big drinking session the night before probably isn't the best idea as you could sleep off your hangover instead if you have no morning activities planned. |
